This full-time Advertising Specialist position at Lion Media Group offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading digital media and advertising agency in the heart of Melbourne, VIC. You will play a crucial role in devising and coordinating advertising campaigns across various digital channels to encourage consumers to purchase goods and services for our diverse range of clients.

What you'll be doing

Plan, develop, and organize advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives

Advise executives and clients on advertising strategies to reach target markets and promote goods and services effectively

Coordinate production of advertising campaigns, including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and placement, within time and budget constraints

Research potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services

Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with the team to integrate advertising efforts with broader marketing activities

What we're looking for

A qualification assessed as comparable to an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Bachelor degree or higher, with a relevant major field of study preferred

Minimum 3 years of highly relevant employment experience, depending on qualifications

Proven experience in digital advertising, preferably in a digital agency or in-house marketing role

Strong understanding of search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and display advertising

Excellent analytical and communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
