Billings Officer

We’re currently recruiting for a Billings Officer with a reputable NDIS Provider in Hampton East.

Our client has been in the industry for over 70 years and currently supports over 250 people through the delivery of Day Programs, Transport, Support Coordination, Supported Accommodation, Short Term Accommodation and more.

• Full time, Permanent Position
• Salary: $80,000 base plus superannuation
• Hybrid working, 2 days in office & 3 days from home
• Based in Hampton East
• Immediate start

Billings Support:

• Invoicing
• Responding to email enquiries
• Data entry and CRM management
• Document handling and electronic filing

Candidate must have:

• Current knowledge of NDIS processes
• Familiarity with the SIL operation module
• Experience with Roster of Care (ROC)
• Proficiency in using PRODA (NDIS portal)
• Prior experience working with SupportAbility (CRM) is highly desirable
• A valid NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience in administrative position is highly desirable
