Swanson Surveying is looking for a highly experienced Cadastral Survey Draftsperson based in either Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat or surrounding areas.

We are seeking the services of an experienced Cadastral Surveying Draftsperson to help grow our team and complete work for all our offices.

We are seeking a well-rounded draftsperson with solid cadastral, land development and estate design and drafting experience.

We are seeking a drafty who is personable, practical, instils confidence in those around them and is able to communicate effectively with clients and other consultants. You will be predominantly dealing with land development and cadastral survey projects.

You will be working initially with a small group of surveyors in the Geelong , Melbourne or Ballarat offices, with the aim to expand the teams. Your role will also involve assisting with daily drafting job management, scheduling, and delivery. You will be supported by our senior and intermediate draftsperson & Licensed Surveyor. There will be opportunities for further career growth for the right candidate.

Swanson Surveying is a multi-faceted Land Surveying business based in Geelong & Ballarat, with a satellite office in Melbourne which we are expanding this year.

We specialise in Land Development and Engineering Surveying. The business operates under an externally audited Quality Management System and we have an inhouse training program and documented procedures for developing all staff.

We also undertake UAV/Drone mapping, Laser scanning/3D modelling & Land Development projects.
