Due to growth a position has become available for a draftsperson to join the product development team.

About The Role:
Working within the Production team to ensure drafting documentation is accurate, consistent and meets building regulations and complies with company standards.

• The use of ArchiCAD to prepare documents and drawings
• Ensuring all documents and drawings are to a accurate and to a high standard
• Make precise and accurate variations to drawings and documentation
• Communication across various internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Candidate:

• Proficient use of ArchiCAD software
• Experience working on residential new build projects
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong level of time management & organisation
