About the Role
As the Legal Secretary, you will:
Support the General Counsel with legal and administrative tasks, including preparing court documents and managing correspondence.
Handle diary management, scheduling, and travel arrangements to keep operations running smoothly.
Liaise with courts, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely communication and coordination.
Maintain accurate records and manage financial processes such as purchase orders and invoice payments.
Work in a fast-paced environment where confidentiality, organisation, and attention to detail are key.
What You’ll Bring:
Legal secretarial qualifications or substantial experience providing high-level legal administrative support to lawyers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience using legal software, records management systems, and financial tools.
Proven ability to work confidentially, collaboratively, and with a proactive mindset.
Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
Desirable:
Experience working in a legal or government environment.
Familiarity with court processes and legal terminology.
