As Legal Secretary, you’ll provide high-level administrative and legal support to the Property & Commercial team, helping to deliver exceptional service to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing, formatting, and managing legal documents
• Diary and email management for senior lawyers
• Liaising with clients and key stakeholders
• Billing, file management, and general admin support
• Assisting with property transactions and commercial matters

👩‍💼 About You:

• 2+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary or PA/LA within a law firm
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Confident working both independently and as part of a team
• Client-focused with a proactive attitude
