We are seeking an experienced Level 2 IT Support Technician to provide onsite and remote technical support to our medical clients. This role is hands-on and varied — perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving real-world technical problems.

Candidates must have 3-5 years of IT support experience.

Australian work authorisation is required at time of application.

You'll work across desktops, endpoints, and small business networks, supporting users in their day-to-day IT operations. You'll also gain exposure to industry-specific software commonly used in the medical sector, such as Best Practice.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide onsite technical support for client environments (PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals).

A valid driver's licence is required for onsite client visits.

· Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.

· Troubleshoot and maintain Windows-based systems and basic network configurations.

Experience with router and switch configuration is required.

Intermediate configuration experience with routers and switches is required.

Desktop administration experience with Windows systems is required.

Experience with Group Policy and Active Directory is essential.

Basic user management experience with Group Policy and Active Directory is essential.

· Install and support medical applications such as Best Practice.

· Escalate complex issues where appropriate while maintaining ownership of customer communication.

· Document issues, resolutions, and system changes.

· Liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
