Our client is a highly regarded IT managed service provider based in the CBD of Melbourne whose focus is combining excellent technical solutions and delivering exceptional service to their customers.

The Role

You will primarily provide Level 2 support and assist in the delivery of projects to a range of client's Microsoft environments.

More specific duties are highlighted below:

• Support and maintain the M365 suite of products (AzureAD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams)
• Support and maintain cloud platforms, primarily MS Azure
• Support on-prem infrastructure solutions across the compute, network and storage layers
• Assist with project tasks.

The role will predominantly be a WFH with expectations of attending the office 2-3 times a month.

Your Profile

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver first class customer service. In addition, you will have strong troubleshooting capabilities.

Experience in a similar role would be preferred, along with technical knowledge including most of the following:

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune)
• Virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• MS Azure
• Networking (VPN, firewalls, routing, switching)
• Windows Servers
• DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.

Industry certifications would be advantageous.
