The Pricing Manager will lead strategic pricing across UnitingCare Queensland, focusing on BlueCare Aged Care and Community Services, with some support to Family and Disability Services. The role involves market analysis, cost review, margin evaluation, and pricing compliance, supporting tenders and contracts to ensure sustainable and competitive service pricing.

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded professional to lead pricing initiatives across UnitingCare’s Aged Care and Community Services (ACCS). This role requires strong relationship-building skills, analytical expertise, and a deep understanding of industry trends and regulatory frameworks.

Please note, this is a full-time permanent position. Flexibility is important to us, and we know it is to you, too - this role supports hybrid working by agreement.

Your part in our UnitingCare team:

Establish trusted relationships across the business and industry network to drive collaboration and improvement.

Provide clear, objective advice to stakeholders on pricing strategies, market opportunities, and funding proposals.

Lead and support the ACCS Pricing Committee in pricing oversight and decision-making.

Conduct cost, margin, and competitor pricing analysis to inform strategic pricing options.

Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, including government reporting.

Contribute to tender responses, contract negotiations, and production/revenue forecasting.

Stay abreast of market conditions and regulatory changes to maintain pricing relevance and sustainability.

What makes a difference for us?

Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related field

CAANZ or CPA Qualified

Proven experience in performance leadership and change management.

Strong communication and strategic decision-making abilities.

Skilled in financial and operational analysis to support business improvement.

Ability to set meaningful targets and manage across diverse locations.

Proficient in policy development and continuous professional growth.

Desirable: Experience applying management accounting in pricing, an understanding of not-for-profit organisations and background in aged care or community support services.
