As the Executive Assistant, you'll be the backbone of the Executive Manager's day-to-day operations, taking charge of their schedule, crafting impactful reports and presentations, arranging seamless travel plans, and managing sensitive, confidential information with the utmost discretion.

This is a full-time remote role, with a requirement to attend our Coolangatta office at least once per month

A typical week for you:
- Manage schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
- Conduct research, compile information, and assist in the preparation of funding submissions and business plans.
- Actively participate in projects, managing various registers and contributing to presentations.
- Administer activities for the Senior Leadership Team, providing secretarial support for committees and meetings.
- Organise meetings, forums, and events including logistics (venue, catering, equipment, documentation).
- Maintain filing systems and databases in line with organisational standards.
About you:
- Minimum three years' experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience writing quality documentation, briefings, submissions, and correspondence.
- Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
- Great time management and organisation skills.
- Proven results meeting performance requirements.
- Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration (desirable).
- Experience in aged care/community sector or desktop publishing (desirable).
