Take me home is opening a brand new takeaway coffee & food shop in Coburg - an exciting extension of our long running take me home food brand.

In this full time position you will be leading a team to create a warm & inviting environment for both customers & staff.

Minimum 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience is required.

With a hands on approach you will be responsible for the general running of the brand new high end takeaway coffee shop which is 1 of 4 businesses within the same small family run business.

With the initial setting up of the shop and working closely with the owner to prepare the menu & systems for all, we need someone to take on the ownership and guide this new part of the business to great heights.

Customer relations, coffee making, prepping & serving of all foods, stock control, ordering and being the face of the business, you will be the person in charge and working closely with other like minded leaders in the other areas of the business.

Minimum 1-2 years of barista/coffee making experience is required.

We are looking for Hospitality Service Professional - We need you to create, teach & keep the standards of high hospitality service at all times.

We are looking for someone with high quality food standards - With coffee & food, standards need to be kept consistent & high quality at all times.

Minimum 2-3 years of hospitality industry experience is required. Food handlers certificate preferred.

Our company consists of an artisan pasta wholesale & manufacturer, Gnoccheria, Grocery store (new), takeaway Coffee store (new) & Farmers market stall.
