About the role

Hands-on position the day-to-day operation of the venue

Establishing excellent guest satisfaction and rapport

Assist to manage Bookings, Events and seating charts

You will use your skills to help with the positive development and progression of the team by listening and providing feedback.

Creating a lively and fun atmosphere for both guests and staff

Placing orders and ensuring correct stock levels are maintained

Ensure the impeccable cleanliness and visual presentation of the hightearooms at all times.

This position is FULL-TIME and weekends are a must.

Who are you:

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable All‑Rounder to join our busy café/tearoom team. You’ll rotate between barista service, front‑of‑house (taking orders, serving, cashier), light food prep and washing up, basic cleaning, and opening/closing duties.

Great customer service and the ability to work quickly and calmly during busy periods are essential.

Key duties
- Prepare coffee, tea and drinks to café standards
- Serve customers, take orders and handle payments
- Light food prep and plating (sandwiches, pastries, simple hot dishes)
- Wash up, clean service areas and maintain hygiene standards
- Assist with stock rotation, deliveries and basic inventory
- Help open/close and support other team members as needed

Requirements
- Previous café, barista or hospitality experience desirable (training available)
- Friendly, flexible, team‑player attitude
- Able to work weekends and early/late shifts
- Good communication and basic cash-handling skills
- Food hygiene awareness
