Because we’re growing fast, we’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team and help us keep delivering the exceptional service our customers know us for.
About the Role
As our new Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the friendly voice (and face!) our customers know they can rely on. You’ll handle enquiries by phone and email, helping customers troubleshoot issues and get the most from our system.
When new customers come onboard, you’ll often visit their site to deliver hands-on training and help their team get up and running smoothly. You’ll then stay in touch over the following months to make sure they feel supported and confident using our products.
You’ll also get creative — helping customers identify ways to grow their business through promotions, loyalty programs, and membership ideas.
Inside the company, you’ll work closely with our development team — improving user guides, testing new features, and making sure our customers’ voices are heard in everything we do.
This role is a great mix of flexibility, teamwork, and travel — giving you the chance to work from home most days but still get out and connect with customers around Australia.
About You
You’ll be a great fit if you:
• Have experience in customer support, account management, or a similar role
• Are a great communicator who enjoys helping people (by phone or online)
• Are comfortable with technology and love learning new systems
• Like being part of a small, close-knit team where everyone pitches in
• Take initiative, stay organised, and can work independently
What We Offer
• 6-month contract to start, with the opportunity to go permanent
• Flexible, work-from-home hours (Monday to Friday)
• Team catch-ups in the Hills District (1-2 per month)
• Occasional travel around Australia for customer visits and onboarding
