Senior Financial Accountant - Manufacturing - Immediate Start
Location: Rydalmere, Western Sydney
Salary: $100k-$120k + Super (Depending on Experience)
Contract: 6-Month FTC with Potential to Go Permanent

We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join a leading global manufacturing business based in Rydalmere. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to operations and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

You'll be working on-site within a busy manufacturing setting - a hands-on environment where no two days are the same. If you're adaptable, confident under pressure, and ready to get stuck in, this could be the perfect fit.

What you'll be doing:

Overseeing all aspects of financial accounting and reporting

Managing month-end and year-end processes

Partnering closely with operational teams to provide financial insights

Supporting process improvement and efficiency initiatives

Handling ad-hoc analysis and finance projects

What we're looking for:

10+ years' experience in financial accounting, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-moving, demanding environment

CA/CPA qualification preferred

Must be immediately available and able to start next week

The Offer:

6-month inital contract, with the potential to transition to permanent

Based on-site in Rydalmere

Salary range: $100k-$120k + super, depending on experience
