At Bed Pilates, we’re not just running classes, we’re building a movement. Our Geelong studio is redefining what a Pilates experience feels like: premium reformer sessions, hospitality-driven service, and a culture that’s about More Than Movement. Our members stay with us because they feel seen, supported, and part of something bigger.
We’re growing fast and we need a sharp, human-first sales consultant to help bring more people into the Bed community. This isn’t about high-pressure sales tactics. it’s about listening, connecting, and showing people the path to feeling stronger, healthier, and more alive.
The Role
Hours: 10 hrs/week. Flexible to you, though mornings, lunch, and late afternoons/evenings are prime times when prospects actually pick up.
Location: Remote or Geelong-based.
Pay: Base + commission (per-sale). Clear and transparent. We’ll walk you through it in the process.
Leads: All warm. Inbound enquiries + re-engaging people who’ve already shown interest. Zero cold calling, zero standing on a street corner.
What You’ll Do
Call, text, and follow up with leads to convert them into members who stay.
Run simple discovery chats: uncover their goals, barriers, and timeline—then guide them into the right Bed plan.
Keep notes in our CRM (Momence) and manage a clean, friendly pipeline.
Hit weekly conversion & attendance targets while representing our “More Than Movement” culture.
Share your insights so we can keep refining our offers and member journey.

You’ll Thrive Here If You…
Love the phone and genuinely enjoy helping people take their first step.
Have 1–3+ years of phone-based sales (bonus points for fitness, wellness, or hospitality experience).
Are coachable, organised, and competitive in a healthy way.
Listen deeply, speak plainly, and can follow a script and then make it your own.
Believe in health, high standards, and creating experiences that actually matter.
