About the Role
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is supporting people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living assistance.

We have casual and permanent roles available.

WEEK 1
Monday: 2pm - 7:30pm
Wednesday: 7am - 10am
Saturday: 5pm - 10pm
Sunday: 5pm - 10pm
WEEK 2
Tuesday 11:30pm-9am (Active Overnight)
Wednesday 11:30pm-9am (Active Overnight)
Thursday 11:30pm-9am (Active Overnight)
Saturday 11:30pm-7am (Active Overnight)

Key Responsibilities
- Support four incredible people who bring lots of personality, humour and warmth every day
- Provide a variety of supports from quiet, tech-focused time to playful chats, new experiences, and group activities
- Offer opportunities for choice, self-expression, and active involvement across all facets of our daily care services
- Follow personalised support and behaviour plans while assisting clients with daily living activities and encouraging community engagement
- Track and document an individual’s progress through thorough record-keeping
- Providing support to clients who have complex needs or challenging behaviours
Skills & Experience
- Bring your gaming skills to work – whether it be board games, iPads or PlayStation
- Ability to connect, enjoy variety, and believe in making every day meaningful
- An unrestricted New South Wales driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Committed to work flexible hours across the week, including public holidays
- Ability to use technology and software on a mobile and desktop
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Successful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks; including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
