Female Disability Support Worker – Part Time

We’re seeking a compassionate and reliable female Disability Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality care and support to NDIS participants, helping them live independently and achieve their personal goals.

About the Role:

• Part-time position with flexible hours

• Support clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access

• Encourage independence and build positive, trusting relationships

• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation

About You:

• Genuine passion for helping others

• Empathetic, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle preferred
