Title: ADMS (GE Power on) Solution Lead
Location: Melbourne (Hybrid work)
Type: Contract (6-12 months + long term)

Required Skills and Experience:

• 18 or more years of experience is ideal.
• 10+ Years work experience in GE Power On product (POF, POG and POA) consulting, Solution Design, systems integration, or architect role

Mandatory Qualification

• Bachelor's degree

Optional Qualification

• Master's degree
• GE Power On Certifications
• Must have (POF, POG and POA)

No. Of implementations

• Should have minimum 1 implementation experience handling the architect role in which at least 1 in utility industry vertical

Job Description

Must have excellent expertise in ADMS implementation with very good understanding of all the interfaces to energy distribution

Mandatory Technical Skills

• End to End Configuration knowledge in designing solutions in POA for Utility domain
• Must be an expert in analysing, creating system specifications, and developing tests and implementing business solutions utilizing POA technologies
• Experience working with interfaces in addition to other non-ADMS applications
• Expertise in doing Solution demos and presentations to customers/business stakeholders/architects.
• Ability to assess and manage technical risks and issues.
• Should have experience of POA Technical Design for ADMS
• Experience in DMS/OMS Technical Pre-Sales including creation of technical proposals and constructing estimates for technical work.

Mandatory Soft skills

• Should have Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Should have good attitude and learning desire
• Should have created Test scripts, User Manuals and Configuration guides
• Should have good client handling skills
• Should be able to manage customer independently
• Should have team building and collaborative working skills

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder management for ADMS cross functional teams
• Architecture contribution, solution design, technical design and solution assurance for ADMS
• Analyse the ADMS requirements for fit for purpose solution
• Release management of ADMS solution
• Define the ADMS roadmap
• Mentoring technical resources for BAU and project works
• Provide guidance and support o BAU team whenever necessary
• Focus business improvements though Innovation and new ways of working
• Work with key DMS/OMS stakeholder to bring efficiency in the business processes.
