We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical Lead to design and deliver effective solutions for large enterprise clients. This is a senior role, combining hands‑on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities.

Contract: 12 Months
Location: Melbourne - Or East Aust Seaboard

The Role
You’ll take ownership of the technical side of Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, from solution design through to delivery. This includes working with clients to understand requirements, designing architecture, leading integrations with Azure and Power Platform, and managing a team of technical consultants. You’ll also play a role in scoping new projects and contributing to pre‑sales efforts.

Responsibilities include:

Leading technical delivery of D365 ERP projects

Designing end‑to‑end technical solutions, including integrations and customisations

Managing and mentoring a team of technical consultants and developers

Working alongside project managers and functional leads to ensure smooth delivery

Advising clients on technical best practice and options available

Contributing to proposals, estimates, and scoping in pre‑sales contexts

Staying current with updates in Dynamics 365, Azure, and Power Platform

What we’re looking for:

Strong technical background (computer science/IT or equivalent experience)

Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 ERP implementations

Skills in Azure, Power Platform, and systems integration

Previous experience as a technical lead or solution architect

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clients

Experience in scoping and pre‑sales activities

Strong leadership and people management skills

Microsoft certifications are a plus

Ability to travel as required

Whilst this role is advertised as Melbourne based, we welcome applicants from across the Eastern Seaboard of Australia. This is a 12 month contract with potential pathways to permanency for the right candidate.
