The Impact You'll Make

  • Develop and execute sales and operations strategies to drive revenue growth and capitalise on market opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor and manage the sales team, optimising performance through training, coaching and instilling best practices.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted engagement strategies and loyalty initiatives.
  • Oversee decentralised sales operations, ensuring scalable and efficient sales processes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales and GTM approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate sales teams and enhance customer acquisition.
  • Leverage data and insights to inform your decision making.

What You Bring

  • Deep and demonstrated consumer/retail sales/OEM leadership expertise.
  • Empathy for the retail customer.
  • A proven track record in delivering in high-growth businesses.
  • Strong background in business development, commercial strategy, operations, GTM and closing high-value deals.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  • Data-driven mindset, leveraging analytics and CRM tools to optimise sales performance.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align sales with overall business objectives.
