The Role
This is a newly created key operational sales leadership role within a lean internal project team. Your role purpose is to support the Sales & Marketing Director by executing the sales and marketing strategies across all developments.
What this looks like on a daily and weekly basis:
- Oversee the day to day sales operations including systems and processes and CRM Management
- Sales performance reporting, forecasting and data analysis to support strategic decision making
- Communication with external agents including channel partners
- Coordinate stock lists, pricing updates and land release schedules across projects
- Liaise with internal stakeholders — marketing, finance, development and legal, to streamline processes
- Contribute to strategic sales planning, aligning operational capability with business objectives.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in property sales administration, operations, or management
- Proficiency in CRM systems and strong understanding of contracts and settlements
- Strong knowledge of land development sales processes
- Chinese speaking is valued but not essential
- Advanced CRM and Excel/reporting capability
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally
- NSW Real Estate license preferred
- Driver’s license & own car essential for site visits
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Highly motivated and driven
