The Opportunity
Solutions Plus has built a strong reputation in ERP delivery and is continuing to strengthen its SAP S/4HANA practice. As Head of Sales – Enterprise Applications (ANZ), you’ll take the lead in driving new business growth, expanding market presence, and positioning Solutions Plus as a trusted partner for organisations adopting SAP S/4HANA.
Reporting to the General Manager – SAP S/4HANA, this is a senior appointment for an experienced sales leader who thrives on building relationships, converting complex enterprise opportunities, and achieving measurable growth. You’ll own the sales strategy and pipeline across Australia and New Zealand — leading the full cycle from opportunity identification through to negotiation, closure, and handover to delivery.
You’ll work closely with marketing, SDRs, consultants, and delivery teams to ensure clients experience exceptional outcomes and long-term partnerships.
Key Outcomes of the Role
Lead and grow a high-performing sales function focused on SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Build and convert a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities across ANZ.
Leverage established SAP ecosystem networks to generate new business.
Conduct discovery sessions, presentations, and solution demonstrations with prospective clients.
Develop tailored proposals that address client needs and deliver measurable value.
Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring smooth transition to project delivery.
Maintain CRM accuracy, sales forecasting discipline, and insightful market intelligence.
Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
About You
You are an accomplished enterprise sales leader with a proven track record in driving ERP growth and leading sales strategy within the SAP ecosystem. You bring the commercial acumen, energy, and credibility to open doors at senior levels, manage multi-stakeholder engagements, and deliver strong results in a competitive market.
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
At least 4 years of proven success selling SAP S/4HANA or enterprise ERP solutions (not Microsoft).
Strong and current networks within the SAP ecosystem and partner community.
Proven ability to build and close high-value ERP pipelines and lead major negotiations.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Strategic mindset, CRM and forecasting discipline, and team leadership capability.
A drive for excellence, results, and collaboration — with the confidence to lead and influence.
