About the role

We’re partnering with one of the South Coast’s most established and well-regarded real estate agencies to find an experienced Senior Property Manager.
This full-time position, based in the Shellharbour region, offers a salary package of up to $100,000 plus bonuses and additional benefits.

You’ll be joining a professional, community-focused office known for its strong reputation, supportive leadership, and loyal client base across the Illawarra and South Coast.

What you’ll be doing

Manage a clean, well-cared-for residential portfolio of 200 properties with a focus on service and retention.

Oversee the full tenancy process — marketing, leasing, inspections, renewals, and maintenance coordination.

Build strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants through proactive communication.

Identify opportunities to enhance portfolio performance and client satisfaction.

Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices within the property management team.

Mentor and support junior staff members, helping foster a positive and high-performing team culture.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential property management, with solid knowledge of the local market.

Confident understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and NSW compliance standards.

Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Experience using leading property management platforms (e.g. PropertyMe, Console Cloud, or similar).
