Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Chef de Partie required.

All valid work visas accepted for this position.

Role requires rotating lunch and dinner shifts.

Fine dining or hatted restaurant experience preferred but not essential.

Latin American cuisine experience preferred but we will train suitable candidates.
