Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is looking for a talented and passionate Employee Restaurant Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen brigade. In this unique role, your daily mission will be to fuel the best hoteliers in the business, preparing wholesome meals for our internal team of 350 employees and contractors – Meals are highly valued by the team (a favourite part of their day!) and so this role is of critical importance to the hotel!

About the Role:
Prepare and deliver food service of 300 meals per day to cover Lunch and Dinner
Oversee the employee dining operation and ensure high quality, availability and variety
In collaboration with the Executive Chef, design creative menus which feature a variety of healthy options to accommodate top dietary requirements
Complete food ordering in line with agreed food cost budgets and manage stock control elements
About you:
Master of your craft with previous experience at Chef de Partie level within a high-volume café/restaurant/catering setting
Passion for creating superb food in order to provide a memorable staff dining experience
Excellent communication & organisational skills
Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards
Working knowledge of stock management, quality control and ordering
