This is an amazing opportunity to join a one of a kind Independent Craft Brewery / Gastro Pub located on the edge of the CBD in Docklands. Small bites, premium casual dining and grazing at the bar. There is nothing else like it in the area and we are looking for someone that is highly enthusiastic about beer and food.

We have a fully functioning Independent Craft Brewery (with multiple awards for our beers) and a 700 capacity Gastro Pub attached. Our Docklands venue is HQ for all things Urban Alley; our biggest and busiest venue and where we brew all of our award winning beer.

The successful applicants will become part of a friendly team who all thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy the benefits that come with working for a busy venue. Experience in a high volume bar is essential and cocktail experience preferred. If you can provide a high level of service, then this job is right for you.

The successful applicants will have-

A love and strong understanding of Modern Australian Food & Craft Beers

Initiative, passion, and the drive to deliver the highest standard of customer service, through lunch & dinner shifts

Excellent communication skills for staff, customers, and suppliers

Positive, motivated & systematic personality

Valid RSA

Flexible availability - weekends, days, and nights

An unparalleled eye for detail and the ability to uphold and elevate standards

The ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively while maintaining a clean environment

Knowledge in cocktails would be considered highly favourable
