Role Descriptions - All Areas:

Casual rates to begin with, but there are full- time and part-time roles becoming available for this new start up Café close to the middle of the Highett shopping strip. The roles required includes key staff members - Chef, Barista, Cocktail Bar, and Café Floor.

Over all roles, the day-to-day tasks involve preparing and cooking superb quick service style meals, making fantastic coffee and other beverages, mixing amazing cocktails. You are also assisting with front-of-house duties including delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining venue cleanliness.

Qualifications - Applicable to Relevant Roles:

Cooking and meal preparation skills

Coffee making and barista skills

Cocktail mixing and bartending skills

Customer service and front-of-house experience

Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Food Handlers Certificate and RSA qualifications are a must
