We’re looking for a motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Bayswater and play a key role in producing high-quality components. This is a hands-on role working within a modern, well-equipped factory with a strong focus on precision, quality, and continuous improvement.

As a CNC Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce a variety of parts to exact specifications. You’ll work closely with our production team to ensure every job meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain Woodtron CNC routers

Perform quality checks to ensure components meet required standard

Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets

About You:

Experience operating CNC machinery (woodworking or cabinet manufacturing preferred)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CNC software (advantageous)
