Are you an experienced CNC Operator looking to join a dynamic production team? We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join a well-established printing business located in Campbellfield, working full-time on day shift.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a CNC Operator in the printing industry, your responsibilities will include:

Operating CNC routers and cutting machinery to produce high-quality signage, displays, and printed materials

Reading and interpreting job sheets, CAD drawings, and material layouts

Performing material setups, including loading/unloading sheets (ACM, acrylic, foamboard, PVC, etc.)

Ensuring precise cutting, drilling, and routing of materials based on specifications

Performing basic machine maintenance and ensuring safe machine operation

Collaborating with the production, print, and finishing teams to meet project deadlines

Maintaining a clean and organized work area

About You:

Previous experience as a CNC Operator, ideally in signage or print production

Confident using CNC software (e.g. EnRoute, VCarve, or similar)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions

Mechanically minded with good troubleshooting skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
