We design, manufacture, and install panel tanks on commercial, industrial, and mining projects across Australia.

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator with hands-on experience in operating an Ermaksan Brake Press with Dalem controller, section roller, and CNC bandsaw. The successful candidate will play a key role in the production team, ensuring parts are manufactured to specification, maintaining high standards of quality, and working safely within the workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up the Ermaksan Brake Press with Dalem controller to bend and form sheet metal components to specification.

Operate section rollers for rolling equal angle profiles to required tolerances.

Operate CNC bandsaw for precision cutting of steel sections.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and job specifications.

Carry out machine adjustments, tooling changes, and quality checks during production runs.

Monitor machine performance, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment to maintain safe and reliable operation.

Work to production schedules, meeting deadlines without compromising quality or safety.

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and report hazards.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow across the workshop

Required Skills & Experience:

Brake Press (preferably Ermaksan with Dalem controller)

Section Roller

CNC Bandsaw

Strong knowledge of sheet metal and steel fabrication processes.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measure accurately with calipers, rulers, and gauges.

Understanding of quality control and inspection procedures.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Forklift license (preferred).
