About the Role
As Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of complex civil works from procurement through to completion. You’ll be responsible for the coordination of engineering teams, subcontractor management, and commercial performance ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage on-site engineering functions through Project Engineers and Cost/Planning Engineers.

Coordinate workloads, provide technical and administrative guidance, and support project staff to achieve objectives efficiently.

Obtain relevant design parameters for incorporation into detailed designs and construction specifications.

Monitor the quality and quantities of incoming materials and equipment, review drawings and specifications against site conditions, and arrange modifications where required.

Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance, and supplier engagement to ensure project milestones are met.

Record completed work, materials used, and costs incurred, maintaining accurate progress documentation.

Drive completion on time and within budget, maintaining strong reporting disciplines.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

About You

Proven experience in civil construction delivery infrastructure, structures, or services.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Confident communicator with effective stakeholder management capability.

Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.

A hands-on, solutions-focused leader who thrives in collaborative environments.
