With a strong track record of success and a commitment to exceptional project delivery, we are expanding our team and seeking a highly organised, self-motivated Project Manager to support our dynamic team. The Role

As a Project Manager at Broad Air, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that will require excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large & medium scale projects. You will be a crucial part of the team, working closely with clients and the wider Broad Air team to ensure that the projects run smoothly. You will be supported by a Site Manager, who will assist you with coordinating works and various project tasks.

Key Responsibilities

· Planning, implementing, coordinating and managing all phases for projects

· Establishing project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

· Developing and managing project schedules, budgets and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.

· Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

· Responsible for overseeing the construction activities on site and supervise specialist sub-contractors

· Maintain a strong focus on compliance with safety, health and environmental standards and procedures in the delivery of projects

· Ensure Quality Assurance by completing ITP’s, Methods statements etc ensuring that it meets the project standards

· Maintain daily site records

· Create and maintain project documentation

· Report to senior management on project progress and oversee project budgeting and cost control and manage change orders to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

· Manage project schedules, perform contract administration duties as directed, and ordering of project specific materials

· Conducting regular site inspections to assist site supervisors by liaising with engineering, assess project progress, and ensure compliance

· Attend project-specific meetings to maintain effective communication with project team members and stakeholders to foster strong working relationships

Skills & Experience

· 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

· Strong experience working with multiple large-scale projects

· Relevant HVAC industry experience

· Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders.

· Computer literacy and proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools and cost estimation software.

· Experience in risk management and budget management principles.
