The Opportunity

With a solid pipeline of projects ranging from $10M to $70M, the company is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to take ownership of end-to-end delivery. You’ll join a supportive leadership team and be backed by established site managers, contract administrators, and systems to ensure success.
This is an opportunity to lead landmark mid-tier projects in a company that values quality, stability, and long-term relationships over churn-and-burn delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across commercial, industrial, and education builds valued up to $70M
• Manage program, budget, procurement, and stakeholder relationships
• Oversee subcontractor performance, quality assurance, and compliance
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure seamless execution
• Drive safety, quality, and efficiency on-site in alignment with company standards
• Mentor and support project teams, fostering a high-performance culture

About You

• 8+ years’ experience in Project Management or Senior Project Engineer roles
• Proven track record delivering projects in the $20M–$70M range
• Background with a reputable mid-tier or Tier 2 builder highly regarded
• Strong technical knowledge of structures, services, and construction systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a solutions-driven approach
• Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
