We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager / Administrator who can take ownership of projects from start to finish — managing people, timelines, budgets, and client relationships — while contributing to the continued success of our expanding business.

About the Role

As part of our management team, you will:

Lead and manage multiple residential and commercial air-conditioning projects

Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers

Oversee project budgets, schedules, and documentation

Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and professional service

Supervise quality control and safety compliance

Support company processes through accurate admin and reporting

Mentor junior staff and contribute to improving internal systems and efficiency

You’ll work closely with the company director and be trusted to manage projects independently, demonstrating initiative and accountability.

About You

You’ll bring:

3–5+ years’ experience in air-conditioning, HVAC, or construction project management

Strong organisational and communication skills

Proven ability to manage budgets, teams, and client relationships

Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and site operations

A responsible, proactive attitude with attention to detail

Proficiency with admin and project software (Microsoft Office, scheduling or job management tools)

A current NSW driver’s license and relevant industry certifications (e.g. White Card)

Demonstrated capacity working on Civil or Commercial projects in project management

Demonstrated capacity working in a end-end project management role

Knowledge of MS office suite, Procore and Salesforce

Formal qualifications in construction management, mechanical services, or project management will be highly valued.
