The role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running mainly residential conveyancing files from start to finish (with administration assistance). You will work with 3 other Paralegals. Your duties will include -

• Dealing with clients and brokers, banks, agents
• contract perusal
• Checking searches
• Chasing up outstanding conditions
• PEXA settlements, booking settlements
• Settlement Statements
• And general file management duties

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 2 years Victorian Conveyancing Paralegal experience. Some Qld & NSW Conveyancing paralegal experience is preferred but not essential.

The Law Firm / Salary / Benefits

Well established law firm based at Redland Bay. Have the option to WFH full time (after probation), or work in a hybrid role (after probation) or work in the office full time . 10 staff in total. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $80,000 - $100,000 + Super).
