About the role

All Star Conveyancing is seeking an experienced Conveyancer, with Victorian Conveyancing Experience to join our team in Redland Bay, Queensland. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive legal environment. We specialize in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing for NSW, QLD and Victoria.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and drafting contracts, transfers, and other property-related documents

Conducting title and ownership searches, and reviewing related documentation

Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth conveyancing process

Assisting with the settlement process, including coordinating funds, keys, and other necessary arrangements

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Conveyancer or similar role (experience in Victorian Conveyancing is essential, NSW and/or QLD will be highly considered)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of parties

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Proficient in using Smokeball software and technology to support the conveyancing process

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A genuine interest in the legal industry and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
