About the Role:

Managing phone calls and responding to emails

Organising workflow to ensure jobs are completed and delivered on schedule

Accurately invoicing daily cases

Planning collection and delivery routes for the driver efficiently

Maintain lab inventory

Utilising lab software through data entry and case tracking

Skills & Experience:

Excellent organisational and time management skills

A positive, enthusiastic, and confident attitude

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Previous administrative experience is valued but not essential, as training will be provided to the right candidate
