We’re expanding rapidly — and we’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help take our growth to the next level.

About the Role

This is a high-impact, results-focused role for someone who thrives on winning new business and forging strong referral networks. You’ll be the face of our organisation — identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and driving growth through strategic networking and relationship development.

You’ll have the autonomy to plan your own schedule, set your own pace, and push towards clear, measurable goals — backed by a supportive and dynamic team and leader.

You will report to the company director.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the disability and community services sector.

Build and maintain partnerships with support coordinators, plan managers and other referral sources.

Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Represent the organisation at networking events, expos, and meetings to build brand presence.

Deliver engaging presentations and proposals that showcase our services and value.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking activities, conversions, and outcomes.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from referral to service delivery.

About You

You’re someone who:

Is self-motivated, driven, and thrives in a target-focused environment.

Has proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally in disability, health, or community services.

Loves networking, connecting, and turning relationships into opportunities.

Is confident, persuasive, and comfortable presenting to a wide range of stakeholders.

Works well independently and takes ownership of results.

Is strategic, organised, and proactive in follow-ups.

Holds a valid driver’s licence and is open to local travel.
