ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are searching for an Administration Officer to work in our new Launceston Campus opening in January, 2026! If you are a team player, can work under pressure and pay attention to detail, please contact us.

This role will consist of general administrative duties within a school which may include but are not limited to providing exceptional service to our students and families, managing calendars, answering the phone and emails, and day-to-day office assistance, data input etc. You will need to work closely with our campus Principal as well as our General Manager of Operations, taking directions but also working independently and managing a growing campus administration team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Basic computer and Microsoft proficiency

Planning and organisation skills

Good written and verbal communications skills

A team player with the ability to work autonomously when required

Reliable and hard working

The position is Full Time, Monday to Friday during school terms, starting Term 1, 2026.
