About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive Administrative Officer to support our busy building surveying practice. You’ll handle essential office tasks, correspondence, document management, and play a vital role assisting with compliance paperwork and client communications. The role requires you to work both collaboratively as a key member of the team and independently when needed.
Key Duties:
General office administration: answering phones, managing emails, filing and scheduling
Preparing, formatting and distributing compliance documents and certificates
Liaising with clients, contractors, and council officers regarding appointments and deliverables
Data entry of inspection reports and correspondence into our systems
Assisting with timesheet management and invoicing
Maintaining digital and physical records in accordance with company and legislative requirements
