Tresillian is opening in Launceston, Tasmania! The new Tresillian Parents and Baby Centre in Launceston is due to be operational by November 2025. The Centre will feature both Residential and Day Services.

Tresillian is currently recruiting for an administration officer to join the team for our new Facility in Launceston, Tasmania which should be opening in November 2025.

The Administration Officer is responsible for providing ‘front of house’ welcoming customer service to clients and staff entering the premises and all associated reception, medical record management and administration tasks.

Selection Criteria – Applicants must address the Selection Criteria: 1) Previous experience and knowledge of reception and administrative procedures including simple switchboard operating skills. 2) High level communication and public relation skills. 3) Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction and undertake complex tasks and to organize and manage multiple tasks. 4) Medium to high level competence in the use of computer programs Word and Excel including data entry. 5) Basic knowledge of Medical Records maintenance procedures or willing to learn. 6) Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team. 7) Demonstrated well developed and effective written skills. 8) Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, including computer literacy.
