We’re on the lookout for a superstar to join us on a Casual contract as a Reservations Agent.

Your mission? To provide a warm, friendly, and unforgettable magical experience for our guests while meeting their needs and expectations throughout their stay.

What You'll Do:

Process reservations by phone, email, and online booking systems.

Deliver seamless guest experiences over the phone or face-to-face

Stay updated on availability, promotions, and in-house activities to offer guests the best advice and maximize sales opportunities

Respond efficiently to customer correspondence, queries, and complaints via email, phone, and online platforms

Coordinate with all departments to ensure prompt guest service

Address guest enquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly

Assist guests with ticket and tour sales

To shine in this role, you'll bring the following:

Positive Attitude: A professional, adaptable "can-do" mindset paired with outstanding communication skills.

Tech-Savvy: Experience with RMS preferred

Industry Experience: A background in holiday parks or hotels, particularly in reservations or reception.

Flexibility: Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays and School holidays

Time Management: Excellent multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail.
