About the Role
As a contact centre agent at Advance Impact, you’ll join a passionate and supportive team who share a drive to make a real difference. Your role is to have meaningful conversations with members of the public, inspiring them to become regular supporters of important causes.

We’re looking for resilient, target-driven communicators who love connecting with people and are motivated by achieving results. With full training, you’ll learn how to adapt your approach, handle objections ethically, and confidently share the impact of ongoing donations.

This is not a customer service role - it’s a chance to use your voice to create positive change every day.
