Expected hours are minimum of 25 per week.

This role will suit an organized, detail oriented and independent professional who has strong skills and background in reservations, revenue, sales or customer service.

To be considered for the position, you must display the following skills and undertake the following duties:

Strong attention to detail as you would be joining a team who are the first point of contact for accommodation enquiries and bookings within a fast-paced environment and goal-oriented team

Provide fantastic customer service to a broad and diverse guest clientele

Strong sales orientation, with the ability to inform, influence, and clearly communicate details on products/tariffs

End to end management of all aspects of the booking process for the guest and business

Strong communication skills including a professional phone manner and excellent written skills for emails are essential

Confidence in problem solving communications with guests and team alike.

A mature work ethic and self-motivated to work autonomously

Strong computer literacy

Experience with booking systems and third-party booking platforms such as RMS, Booking.com, Expedia etc preferable but not essential

Be a true team player who will support their team, and go the extra mile to promote our brand

To be successful in role, you will have work rights in Australia, and importantly, the flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
