Your Role: Your Impact on the Guest Journey

As a Reservations Team Member, you'll be a key point of contact for guests both in-person and remotely. Your friendly demeanour and exceptional organizational skills will shine as you assist with everything from initial inquiries to in-park guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- In-Person Guest Liaison: Welcome and assist guests, guide them through various park attractions, facilitate group organisation, and provide support during lunches.

- Reservations & Communication: Respond to guest inquiries via phone and email, providing expert guidance and ensuring timely responses.

- Booking Coordination: Collaborate with local and international travel agencies to facilitate bookings and maintain accurate reservations and guest information for a seamless experience.

- Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to enhance the overall guest experience and contribute to the success of the CaPTA Group.

The Ideal Candidate: Your Skills & Qualities

We are looking for a genuine, customer-centric professional who is ready to be a part of something extraordinary.

- Customer Service Passion: You have a genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service.

- Excellent Communication: You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Organisational Skills: You have strong organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Tropical North Queensland's attractions is a plus.

- Flexibility: You are available to work over a 7-day roster, including some public holidays.

- System Experience: Respax experience is highly desirable.
