About the Role:

This diverse role will see you as the first point of contact for our clients and provide essential support to our team. Your responsibilities will include:

General administration and office support

Accurate and timely data entry

Managing inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries

Assisting with client correspondence and document preparation

Supporting the team with other ad hoc duties as required

Calling our Lenders and Business partners

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in an administration role

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems

Friendly, professional communication style

Ability to work independently and within a small team

Skilled in Excel

Desirable (but not essential):

Mortgage Brokerage or Banking history
