We are currently working closely with one of Australias leading solution providers in specialised hydraulics. As one of the countries leading hydraulic suppliers, the business has been working nationally for well over 25 years and has seen continued and constant growth. With a company foundation built on its staff, work culture and their leading in house custom manufacturing abilities, the company is looking to start positioning there team to be able to move into the new year on the front foot.

The company provides their clients with a complete turn key solution from hydraulic products such as Valves, Pumps, Cylinders, Filtration through to servicing and custom turn key solutions.

The Role

Covering a predominately Sydney territory with expansion into greater Sydney, we are looking for an experienced Mechanical Sales Professional who wants to leverage their industry experience and industry relationships to continue building state revenue and market share. This role is solution focused and will ideally suit someone who enjoys a slightly longer sales cycle over a transactional sale.

This role will have a healthy mix of time spent out on the road with your clients where you will organise and coordinate your own days and some time spent working with the internal team in their Sydney office where you will feel connected and part of a broader team.

About You

This role will require someone who is a Mechanical Engineer who has moved into sales or someone who has built a strong foundation in the mechanical industry through sales experience. You will be able to provide both shorter and longer sales cycles as well as having a genuine passion for providing solutions and solving problems.

On Offer

Base salary of $110k - $130k (Negotiable)

Super at 12%

Fully maintained Company Vehicle or Car Allowance
