This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing finance team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of major transformation and integration programs across the organisation.
As Senior Manager, Program Finance, you will provide strategic financial leadership, analysis and governance across multiple transformation programs.
You’ll partner with senior leaders across Finance, Technology and Business divisions to ensure effective financial management, oversight and benefits realisation of key investment initiatives. The role also supports the CFO and Head of Transformation Finance with in-depth expense analysis, forecasting and performance reporting to ensure financial transparency and accountability across all programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead program-level financial governance, reporting and forecasting for large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Partner with Program Directors, Finance and Business stakeholders to manage budgets, track benefits and deliver financial insights.
• Provide analytical support and scenario modelling for investment decisions and strategic planning.
• Deliver clear, data-driven insights and executive-level reporting to steering committees and senior leadership.
• Oversee financial controls, project expense management and month-end processes.
• Support productivity and cost optimisation initiatives, including cost-to-serve metrics and OKR tracking.
• Partner with IT and operational teams to quantify transformation benefits and track realisation.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting efficiency.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance analytical and commercial capability.
You will be an experienced finance professional with strong commercial and analytical capability, and a proven ability to work across complex programs in transformation environments. You can balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or Finance, with CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification.
• 10+ years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, or transformation program finance.
• Proven background supporting large-scale transformation or integration programs.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or other complex corporate environments.
• Strong skills in financial governance, investment appraisal, and benefit tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex financial information and provide actionable insights.
