About the Role

As Finance Manager, this role will lead the central finance operations function, overseeing Accounts Payable, Receivables, Expense Reimbursements, and Cashflow Management across a multi-site network. Working closely with senior finance leaders, you’ll drive accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement while building a high-performing team and scalable foundation for future growth.

This is a hands-on leadership position, balancing day-to-day financial control with continuous improvement and systems enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a small team responsible for finance operations;
• Oversee cashflow forecasting and daily liquidity management across the group;
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant transaction processing aligned with internal policies;
• Support month-end and year-end close activities and assist with audit preparation;
• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and efficiency;
• Develop and monitor KPIs for service delivery and team performance;
• Collaborate with other Finance leaders on projects including system upgrades and HR/payroll integration initiatives

Ideal Background

• Proven experience managing a finance operations or transactional finance function;
• CA/CPA qualified, with strong technical and process knowledge;
• Advanced Excel and strong systems capability (MS Dynamics ideal);
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Background in multi-site environments will be advantageous.

• Twelve (12) month fixed-contract opportunity
• North Ryde location with hybrid working arrangements
