Join a major infrastructure and services group driving a large-scale Business Performance Management transformation. This senior role focuses on cash-management visibility and Work-in-Hand (WIH)/pipeline reporting, shaping how financial data powers decision-making across the enterprise.

The Opportunity

• Lead analysis and documentation of current-state cashflow performance and root-cause issues.
• Drive process improvement and system integration to enhance cashflow forecasting across multiple business units.
• Define and implement WIH and pipeline reporting standards, delivering integrated dashboards and tools.
• Collaborate with Treasury, finance teams and technical specialists to set business requirements and support OneStream and Group Lakehouse integration.
• Guide scope and priorities to deliver actionable outcomes within the BPM framework.

What You’ll Bring

• Ideally CA/CPA with strong understanding of project accounting
• Must come from a large infrastructure, construction, engineering services or similar project/contract based business
• 5–10 years’ experience in financial analysis, business performance, or project delivery within large corporates.
• Strong knowledge of cash-management principles, forecasting, and data-driven reporting.
• Background in system integration or EPM platforms (OneStream and Power BI experience highly regarded).
• Advanced Excel and data-visualisation skills; confident translating business needs into technical requirements
• Proven stakeholder-management skills and the ability to influence across finance, IT, and senior leadership.
